As our name suggests, Consumer & Market Insights, LLC (CMI) is in the knowledge business. We believe that insight without action is incomplete. The purpose of learning is the first step in effecting change in processes, sales, service, culture, communication and more.
True to that belief, we begin with learning what our clients truly need, then design information-gathering procedures that will get to the truth most effectively. Then, in partnership with our clients, we implement what we learn through employee training and other methods to bring impactful change to their organizations.
